Electricity & Water connections progressing well at Yasmeenat Saar
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: General Manager of Naseej BSC (c), Mr. Ahmed Al-Hammadi announced details of the Company's preparations in the lead up to Yasmeenat Saar’s homes delivery and project completion stating that works on the water and electricity aspect of the Project are well in advance and progressing well. Mr. Al Hammadi also affirmed in his statement, saying: "We are moving towards the final stages of the Yasmeenat Saar project completion and are expected to handover the villas to homeowners in the near few weeks.

Ahmed Al-Hammadi also expressed thanks to the Electricity & Water Authority of Bahrain and all the governmental ministries for their continued cooperation and efforts to provide the necessary services to the project and eventually as a great benefit to homebuyers.
During this time, we are working with all our efforts to ensure all development and site works are being carried out to the highest standards and within the promised timeframes. A major focus at the site now is carrying out all the electricity & water connections. We have been working in close coordination with the Electricity & Water Authority of Bahrain to ensure that all water and electrical supply connections are installed and brought “live” on line throughout the site and into the homes within the promised timeframes.
I would also like to mention there are a team of dedicated professional and experienced EWA Engineers, Design consultants and contractors working diligently on sites to ensure all connections are installed and fully compliant to the approved standard. Once this phase has been completed, we shall move into the Project’s testing and commissioning phase whereby the all the homes will be individually fully tested to ensure all installations on site works and home connections are working effectively and efficiently to satisfactory levels before the handover effort can begin ".
Naseej’s General Manager stated that the 27-homes Yasmeenat Saar project comprises of three, four and five-bedroom type homes with varying built-up areas ranging from 308 - 440 square metres.
Situated in a prime location in Saar, just opposite the recently opened Saar Mall, the homes have been built to high quality standards in design and construction. Adding that the Company has moved at a steadily-significant pace to ensure this Project will be completed on time. In conclusion to his release, Mr. Al Hammadi said that the completion Yasmeenat Saar in the coming weeks is one
of the most important achievements of the company in the current year, and constitutes one of the most important milestones in achieving the strategic objectives to provide quality real solutions for different segments of the market of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Moving forward he also noted that the Company will now focus its efforts on its new project, Canal View at Dilmunia in Muharraq.
Giving more details, Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi said that Canal View at Dilmunia is a development estimated at an initial cost of BD24 million, and is located at the health island of Dilmunia, in Muharraq and will be developed on a land size of 13,068 square meters. This mixed use development features a main podium with number of multi-story buildings, with approximately 250 residential apartments on offer, retail spaces, restaurants & cafes, shops and service outlets all of which will be built overlooking the canal basin and feature waterfall, offering spectacular views of the coast surrounded by green spaces and landscaped gardens”.
