HANDOVER OF JUMANA’S VILLAS

In preparation for official handover of Jumana’s villas, the sales team at Naseej have continued to assist homeowners with the handover process. It is expected that official handover will take place in quarter two with the official announcement being made by governmental authroties to inagurate Al Madina Al Shamaliya. It is compulsary that all villas must have infrastructure, water and sewage connections.

At present, EDD are progressing well and nearing final testing and commissioning inspections in order to expect handover for occupation commencing in April 2018.
