Naseej Announces the completion of Yasmeenat Saar Project
Present at the ceremony was General Manager of Naseej BSC (c) Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi where he stated, “it gives me great pleasure to announce the successful completion of our Yasmeenat Saar project. On behalf of myself and the entire team at Naseej, I am so proud of this great accomplishment which adds to Naseej’s key milestones in 2016. I must point out that, the team along with its partners have worked extremely hard to deliver a project that is truly unique, attractive and highly competitive to the real estate market in a short period of time.

At this moment, we are all witnessing a vision that has come to life, a vision that has been backed with careful planning, selection and great execution. Having said this, I would also like to mark this day as the official completion of the Yasmeenat Saar Project and therefore would like to handover the homes to their respective buyers. Moreover, I would also like to extend my appreciation and thanks to the team at Naseej along with all our partners for all their efforts in making Yasmeenat Saar a reality. In a speech made Mr. Al Hammadi at the event where has stated to all homeowners present, “Today, I am pleased to announce that we have officially completed one of our unique projects in Bahrain. Yasmeenat Saar is a project that started construction in mid-2014, with an expected completion date of end-2016. Accordingly, I am pleased to state that we have delivered on our promise to complete Yasmeenat Saar within our planned timeframes. We at Naseej, are proud of achieving this milestone and are equally proud that we have honoured our commitment to our buyers. The project consists of 27 villas of three, four and five bedroom units with varying built-up sizes ranging from 308-440 square meters which sold out very quickly to Bahrainis and GCC national buyers. The project’s prime location in Saar, design layouts and quality standards are among the key features that contributed to the successful sale of all villas to this project in a short period of time.

I am also very pleased to add this milestone to Naseej’s key achievements in 2016 as the Company paves the way in its journey to becoming one of the top real estate developers in Bahrain. I must also mention that our success with Yasmeenat Saar will set the benchmark for our next project in the Health Island of Dilmunia. CanalView, a project that will be built over 13,000 square meters will feature four multi-storey residential tower buildings, with approximately 250 apartments on offer, all located above the main podium which encompasses a mix of retail spaces, restaurants and cafes, shops and service outlets below, all of which will have panoramic views overlooking the canal basin with feature waterfalls and spectacular views of the Islands coast line surrounded by green spaces and landscaped gardens.
