In September 2022, Naseej appointed CBRE, a global real estate consultant as the exclusive property and leasing manager of CanalView’s retail complex. The retail component of CanalView is located at podium level of the project and is spread over two levels, covering an area of 5,961 square meters. The double-level floors will offer 26 retail units for rent; being spread over 13 units on the upper retail floor and another 13 retail units located on the lower-level retail area.
The spaces are ideal for cafes, restaurants, fashion boutiques, entertainment centers and other retail services and convenience stores to serve the residents and visitors of CanalView. The shops offer spectacular views of the Grand Canal and waterfall with a number of units having outdoor spaces and terraces for outstanding dining and seating experiences. The shops located on the ground level (Lower Level Retail) have direct access to the promenade and iwalk; which is a 1.6km walkway that connects to other attractions in Dilmunia Island.
