Naseej BSC (c) announces the appointment of its new Chairman
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: Naseej BSC (c), a leading real estate and property developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Bucheerei, as Chairman of its board of directors effective from 14th September 2017, through an electoral process during the latest board meeting that was held on the same date.
With this latest announcement, Mr. Bucheerei will replace Mr. Khalid Abdulla-Janahi who was Chairman of Naseej since the Company’s establishment. Mr. Janahi played a leading role in formulating and implementing the company’s strategic vision and plan and further contributing to its success.
Mr. Bucheerei was a former board member of Naseej’s Board of Directors between the years 2011 – 2013 and exerted significant efforts in enhancing the overall operational and investment aspects of the Company.
Backed with an extensive background of knowledge and experience, Mr. Bucheerei brings over 46 years of experience to the Company, in international banking, specifically in the areas of accounting, commercial, investment, and offshore banking.
On this occasion, the members of the Board of Directors congratulated Mr. Bucheerei on his appointment and wished him every success, moving forward. The Board also thanked Mr. Janahi for his leading role in the company for the last eight years.
