Naseej BSC (c) invests in Team Performance Development
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: Naseej BSC (c), in cooperation with The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), organised an activity-based team building training programme for its employees that revolved around creating a simulated work environment.
The programme was an interactive event that aimed at human capital development through various activities, to enhance employee performance, skills and capabilities. The programme was designed to integrate specific work-based challenges and goals into thought-provoking interactive activities. The participants performed tasks that aimed to enhance their skills in communication, problem-solving, sharing ideas, and working effectively within teams. The teams had to complete sets of physical and intellectual tasks where they had to go through the various stages of team development – Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning,
On his part, Naseej’s General Manager, Mr. Ahmed AlHammadi, stated, “With reasonable investment, much can be gained by the employees through the interaction they have with each other outside of the typical workplace environment. Participants will walk away from the experience confident that the effort and resources that went into coordinating a group event has lasting positive results. This experience will enhance each employee’s performance leading to the comprehensive enhancement to the overall workflow aiming at achieving organisational goals and objectives”.
