Naseej BSC (c) to participate at Gulf Property Show 2016

Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: Naseej BSC (c), announced its participation in the Gulf Real Estate Property Show 2016, which will be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the period from 26-28 April 2016, at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.

Naseej will be showcasing its main projects including its affordable housing project “Jumana” located at Al Madina Al Shamaliya.

General Manager of Naseej BSC (c), Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi was pleased to announce the company’s participation in this upcoming exhibition and stated how important this exhibition was to which provides the ideal platform and opportunity for the company to present its projects to the market.

In this regard, Mr Al Hammadi spoke about Naseej’s major Public Private Partnership Project “Jumana” being the largest housing project between the public and private sectors involving the development of social and affordable housing units in Al Madina Al Shamaliya. The project offers villas and apartments developed in an attractive and (tranquil) island setting away from the crowded areas. He also added that since the Project was launched in 2014, all the 165 villas have been sold to Bahrainis in a very short time frame underlining its attractiveness and overall suitableness of these units in terms of price and layouts of homes to this category of the market.

As for the apartments in The Jumana Project, AlHammadi said that the company is offering the 202 apartments for sale consisting of units of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom type apartments with built-up areas ranging between 117-235 square meters.

With reference to site progress being made with the apartment blocks in Jumana, Mr AlHammadi expressed his comfort with the steady pace in construction progress, where he also pointed out that superstructure on all the building’s has been completed and finishes to multiple floors are progressing positively.

The Projects Villa’s are progressing well with internal and external plastering, finishes and MEP works nearing completion.

In conclusion to his statement Mr Al Hammadi stressed the importance of the Gulf Property Show Exhibition to the real estate sector in Bahrain as it is considered as one of the largest and most important real estate exhibitions in the Kingdom of Bahrain drawing a large presence of developers, investors and customers from inside and outside Bahrain.
