NASEEJ HOLDS ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022

Naseej held its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 28th June 2022, at its offices at Bahrain Financial Harbour.
The AGM was chaired by Naseej's Chairman Shaikh Hamed Mohammed Al Khalifa, who attended virtually and in the presence of the Managing Director, Mr. Mohammed Khalil AlSayed and the General Manager Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi.
The Chairman reported a net profit of BD1.35m for the financial year ending 2021, which marks a positive financial result for the 12th consecutive year since Naseej's inception. The Company reported total assets at BD99m, with shareholders’ equity at BD89.2m.
Based on its financial reporting, the Board declared a cash dividend distribution of 1.6% (BD1.38m) for the financial year.
