Naseej prepares for handover process of Yasmeenat Saar homes
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: In a site visit made to the Yasmeenat Saar Project, Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi, General Manager of Naseej BSC (c), along with members of the Board of Directors Mr. Abdulhakeem Al Mutawa and AbdulEllah Al Qassimi and senior officials, contractors and consultants overlooked the overall progress of construction works in preparation for the homes handover process in the coming weeks.
During the site inspection visit, Naseej’s Board Members and executive management team were taken through a guided tour where they were briefed on the overall construction progress of all 27-villas under the Yasmeenat Saar Project which comprise of 3, 4, 5 bedroom homes ranging in built-up areas from 308-440 square meters. Areas of main discussion, were focused on construction completion percentages and time frames as well as the Company’s plans to manage and roll-out the entire handover process with customers in the coming few weeks ensuring that each and every villa is completed and handed over to the buyer after a thorough inspection and testing process.
In light of his recent visit, Mr. Al Hammadi stressed the importance of such project visits’ to assess the true level of site works and to ensure that work progress was moving in parallel with the planned schedules. He added that such efforts made a significant difference to the Company’s performance as well as the Project’s progress to ensure that Naseej delivers on its strategic promise to offer excellent quality standards in its real estate projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The General Manager also noted that all construction and technical teams working on the Yasmeenat Saar project were working in-full stretch in effort to prepare these villas for completion in the coming few weeks and within the promised time frames. Respectively, buyers should expect the handover process of their homes to begin in the coming few weeks with a detailed assessment and testing process.
Mr. Al Hammadi along with fellow Board Members present at the site were very keen to describe their overall satisfaction with the progress made at Yasmeenat Saar noting that the development has reached its advanced stages of construction and that the villas were nearing their completion. In light of the positive progress made, they also praised the hard work of senior officials at Naseej and all their efforts in managing the Project in exceptionally short time frames ensuring optimal quality standards in construction, health and safety.
In conclusion, Mr. Al Hammadi reaffirmed Naseej’s commitment in completing the Yasmeenat Saar project in the coming weeks and making the Yasmeenat Saar project one of the main achievements behind Naseej’s success in, as well as delivering on the Company’s strategic objectives of delivering real estate solutions to various market segments in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Looking forward, the Company will start to focus on its latest multi-million project in Muharraq, "Canal view" at Dilmunia.
