PROGRESS UPDATE AT JUMANA

Island 13 at Al Madina Al Shamaliya has seen very positive progress to Phase 11 of the project. This phase incorporates the nine apartment tower block buildings. The Electricity Distribution Directorate (EDD) – Bahrain is reaching advanced stages of completing the final testing and commissioning inspections. These measures are all in preparation for electricity provisions and distribution to be made at the soonest time. Anticipated handover for occupation should commence in April 2018.

The Primary infrastructure works under the responsibility of the Ministry of Works Bahrain is also finally coming to a conclusion with the main roads and access bridge construction nearing completion. All infrastructure services are presently being tested and commissioned ahead of the official opening which is expected in the imminent future.
