VISITS TO CANALVIEW
Members of Naseej's senior management team visited the project sites during quarter two of 2021 to inspect all aspects of project progress and to evaluate general progress made at each of the active sites. Headed by the Construction team, Mr. Roy Sullivan guided the tour along with the main contractor and professional teams to give management a full view of progress made to date, as well as providing them with in-depth briefs on construction milestones, fittings and fit-outs.
During Q2, management along with its professional partners visited CanalView's project site to overlook project progress and monitor key milestones related to the project.
During their site visits, they teams looked into these key aspects, which included:
- The delivery of the Show Apartments (two types of mock-ups)
- Kitchen installations
- The completion of CanalView's amenities & common areas (the reception, gym, both pools (indoor and outdoor) the promenade, multi-purpose sports court, social lounge, roof top gardens, as well as the other services areas like parking and retail spaces)
