BASATEEN reach 99% of completion
Naseej announces the completion rate in the project of BASATEEN to reach 99%
Naseej announced that the completion rate for the BASATEEN project located in Al Busaiteen area of Al Muharraq governorate has reached 99% as the project reaches the final stages of completion of its entire construction work.
This comes after the construction department team and the management visited the project site to see the latest developments of the project and the stages of its construction, as the testing and processing processes for operation are under way, with the expected completion by the end of first quarter of 2021, after which the villas will be delivered to their owners. The latest developments in the project also include the installation of smart electricity meters for all villas and their connection to the main network in coordination with the Electricity and Water Authority in January. Completion of the construction and installation of the sewage system and connecting it to the openings of the villas.
