NASEEJ BSC (c) ENHANCES YASMEENAT SAAR HOMES TO OWNERS
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: After successful completion of its Yasmeenat Saar Project, Naseej BSC (c) announced it introduced further enhancement features to the Project. Located in a prime location in Saar, just opposite to Saar Mall, Naseej has added further features to the homes that will ultimately benefit the homeowners/buyers.
Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi, General Manager of Naseej announced that the Company had added more features to the Project, making the development and homes more attractive. These features include the installation of roads, pavements, footpaths and parking spaces infrastructure as well as soft landscaping planting palm trees, shrubbery, and flora to every villa. Mr. Al Hammadi also spoke about our obligation and support to general maintenance for a 12-month period on executed works in the homes. These added feature enhancements will certainly provide more comfortable surroundings to the homeowners and give peace of mind with maintenance and care of their respective villas. Lastly, Mr. Al Hammadi also spoke about the support and guidance being offered by Naseej to the respective owners relating to preferential choice changes to Villas; the Company has offered its consultation expertise and guidance resources to its valued clients in helping them make the right choice on changes to suit their needs to their new homes.
The 27-homes Yasmeenat Saar project started construction in mid of 2015 with an ambition construction plan to be deliver the villas by the end of 2016. The project was completed by end of 2016 with an official project completion ceremony that took place at the Project site and in the presence of Project consultants, contractors, Naseej’s management team and in the presence of valued homeowners. In a statement made by Naseej’s General manager, Mr. Al Hammadi said, “We are pleased to have officially completed our Yasmeenat Saar Project and even happier to mention that we have delivered on all of our commitments to our valued customers by completing the Project by the promised target date. From the Company’s perspective, we are also very ambitions about our upcoming projects in Bahrain, as the successful completion of our Yasmeenat Saar project has set the stage for our future plans making sure we aim for the highest possible standards of quality and design in the products we offer to the real estate sector.”
Mr. Al Hammadi also stated that the villas within the Yasmeenat Saar project witnessed tremendous demand once they were put on the property market as the homes were sold out in a very short period of time mainly to Bahraini and GCC citizens. The main attributes to the successful sale of these villas were related to the Project’s strategic location, being in a developed and popular area in Saar and the designs and layout specifications that made their marketability so successful.
With the announcement of these new “enhancements” introduced by Naseej to the Yasmeenat Saar homes will definitely add to the Company’s main achievements in 2016 and paves the way for achieving the highest possible standards and services offered in delivering future developments.
