NASEEJ PROMOTES JUMANA’S APARTMENTS AT RAMLI MALL

Naseej BSC(c), is currently showcasing its seafront project “Jumana” at Ramli Mall in Aali, from Saturday 24th March 2018 at a dedicated sales booth which is located in front of Lulu Hypermarket; the booth is open daily from 10am-10pm for all customer interest and inquiries about the Project.

Naseej’s General Manager Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi noted that Jumana is one of Naseej’s projects, which features affordable residential apartments in an island type setting located in Al Madina Al Shamaliya (Northern Town – Bahrain). In his statement, Mr. Al Hammadi said, “The purpose of our presence at Ramli Mall during the month of March, is to showcase our project Jumana which is targeted to local and regional clients who seek to own or invest in property in Al Madina Al Shamaliya. Our sales team will be present at the stand to showcase the Apartments on offer and to highlight the Project’s key selling proposition to shoppers and mall visitors”. 

Mr. Al Hammadi noted that Jumana offers affordable apartments located along a beautiful and peaceful seafront. He also pointed out that Jumana’s location is the preferred choice for Bahraini families looking for a peaceful, quiet and new location to build their nest egg and ultimately own the home of their dreams. Furthermore, this new island is also expected to become one of Bahrain’s biggest and newest residential areas in the kingdom. More significantly, Jumana is part of a larger scale Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project between the public and private sector in the kingdom of Bahrain.

In his statement, he also mentioned that there are 5 types of apartments ranging from 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms ranging from 117 square meters to 235 square meters of living space. All apartments include sufficient car parking spaces for residents. Among the most impressive features of Jumana’s apartments are their peaceful seafront setting amongst an integrated community that is far from busy and congested areas. Jumana’s apartments are selling at a starting price of BD44,800 for a two-bedroom apartment.

With respect to project construction/development progress, Mr. Al Hammadi also noted that all of the tower buildings have been completed and he also welcomes prospective customers to visit Jumana’s Show Apartment, which was just recently completed.
